Q1: Are outfits & make up provided in the package?
A: Outfits are not included in the package at the moment ~
We recommend families to wear coordinated color tones like white + denim, beige, earth tones, or all-black.
You're more than welcome to bring your own favorite outfits to create a look that's truly yours
Q2: Is makeup included?
A: Makeup services are not included by default ~
However, if needed, we can arrange a professional makeup artist for you at RM250 per person. Advance booking is encouraged
On the Day of the Shoot
Q3: How long is the session? Will kids get tired?
A: The session lasts around 30 minutes, and we'll adjust based on how your kids are feeling.
Our photographer will guide your family in a gentle, playful way to keep things light and natural.
If you have toddlers or babies, feel free to bring their favorite toys or comfort items
Q4: What should we prepare for the session?
A: Here's a simple checklist:
* 1 - 2 sets of coordinated outfits
* Natural makeup and tidy hair
* Any props with sentimental value: a toy, grandma's shawl, dad's favorite hat, etc.
These small items can add deep meaning and storytelling to your photos
Q5: How many people can join the shoot?
A: Our standard package is designed for up to 10 family members.
For groups larger than 10, can talk to us
Q6: Can we bring pets to the shoot?
A: Absolutely!
As long as your pets are calm and friendly, they're more than welcome to join your family portrait. Let us know if you need any special prep in advance
Q7: We don't know how to pose... is that okay?
A: No worries at all!
Our photographer will gently guide you through natural poses, expressions, and interactions. Just come with a happy heart, and we'll handle the rest
About Photos & Deliverables
Q8: When can we receive the photos?
A: We'll send you the preview photos within 24 hours for you to select your retouched images.
The final retouched photos will be delivered within 24 hours after selection.
If you have urgent needs, feel free to let us know — we'll do our best to accommodate.
Q9: Will I receive all the unedited photos?
A: Yes! You'll receive all the JPEG images (around 30 photos)
Q10: How do I book a session?
A: You can book directly via our website or contact us on WhatsApp. We'll help you arrange the best time for your session
Q11: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes~ A deposit of RM50 is required to secure your session slot.

Q13: What if we arrive late?
A: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, a RM50 late fee will be charged. We kindly recommend arriving early to ensure a smooth session
